PTO News, Lower School Campus

 

 

I can hardly believe it, but the school year is coming to an end! We are so thankful for the hard work and dedication from our Board Members and from all of our wonderful volunteers! We could not do the things we do without your help.

 

This year, the PTO furnished Kindergarten – 5th grade with Mimio Boards. The Mimio Boards have made a big impact in the classrooms. The teachers and students are thrilled with Mimio Technology. We have also provided the Accelerated Reader Charms for our Media Center and will be purchasing Roll Up Keyboards for our music department.

The PTO will be providing a fantastic Teacher Appreciation week for all of the outstanding faculty and staff. We begin the week by delivering a delicious breakfast on May 2nd. The teachers will also enjoy special treats throughout the week concluded with a very special luncheon on Friday. We plan to make this year’s Teacher Appreciation week spectacular for them!

 

Finally, the End of the Year School party is something our children look forward to. They work so hard throughout the school year that we like to reward them with a special day. Our students will enjoy a very special field trip to the movies with popcorn and soda of course!

 

We have all put forth tremendous effort this year and so have our families. Thank you for all you did to support our children and our school. Sagemont is a truly a special place because of what we all do together!
