Students are making headlines with their outstanding accomplishments! Alejandro Linares was nominated by the American Association of Teachers of French as an “Outstanding Senior” for this year. This award is given to seniors that have demonstrated excellence in the study of French as well as exceptional commitment to the French Language and the many cultures where it is spoken. Additionally, Michael Natelli, Karl Tiesler, Maria Bonaventura, and Mathias Roberts received National Ranking at the most recent French state competition!
Another senior, So Jung Lee, attended the statewide chorale and piano competition hosted by the Florida Vocal Association on April 13th. She is the first eligible student to qualify through the district competition to attend this competition. She performed Prelude in C Major by J.S. Bach and the 3rd movement of Sonatina3 by M.
