Lower School Campus Students Organized a Wildly Successful Holiday Cards Drive

For the eighth consecutive year at the Lower School Campus, our students organized a wildly successful holiday cards drive in support of our deployed U.S. Troops. The students wrote and decorated 280 holiday cards, thanking them for their service and sacrifice for keeping the country safe. The cards will be included in care packages sent by Operation Gratitude to troops serving overseas, military members, veterans and their families. Operation Gratitude sends care pages to new recruits, veterans, first responders, Wounded Warriors, care givers, and U.S. troops deployed overseas. The care packages lift the spirits of veteran communities and send a message of appreciation for their service. Deployed soldiers often share the contents of their packages with local children around their posts as a way of building a global community. For more information, visit www.operationgratitude.com.
