How do I register my child for Camp Sagemont?

How do I hold my child’s  spot for Camp Sagemont?

After completing the registration, please email the credit card authorization to charge your deposit (one week and the registration fee). Refunds must be given two weeks written notice. We are filling up fast and would not want you to miss out.

Can I register my child(ren) for Camp Sagemont if they don’t attend The Sagemont School?

Of course! We would love to have your camper join us for the summer.

Does Camp Sagemont provide extended care hours for camp programs?

Yes, we do. Included in Tuition!

Early Camp Only (7:30am-9:00am)

After Camp Only (3:30pm-5:30pm)

Are groups co-ed?

Yes. All cabins are co-ed.

Will friends be together if they both sign up for the same camp?

Yes, you may request for your child to be placed with another specific child, assuming they are age appropriate for the program; we are able to grant a majority of requests.  Please submit your request with the Camp Director via email at sleonardo@sagemont.com and bhendrickx@sagemont.com

What are acceptable forms of payment?

Due to Covid-19, the best option is through a credit card authorization for that you can find at the end of the brochure.

What kind of credentials are required by staff members?

Camp staff are hired based on prior camp experience and/or prior experience in working with children. Once hired, all camp staff must undergo a level 2 background check. Prior to the start of camp, all camp staff are required to attend a staff training session where policies on supervision, allergies, weather conditions, safety/fire drills/lock down, first aid, daily procedures and customer service are discussed. Key camp personnel are CPR/AED certified.
