International Program

The mission of the Sagemont Preparatory School International Student Program is to promote educational and global awareness while focusing on English intensive studies. We are proud to have a vibrant and growing international community and have been recognized as one of Florida’s top international high school programs. We provide students a rigorous curriculum and individualized college counseling. Many international students begin with us in eighth grade and graduate from Sagemont School proficient in English and prepared for college in the United States. An American university is the ultimate goal for many, as seen by our recent graduates attending colleges such as Harvard, Princeton, Yale, University of Miami, University of Pennsylvania and Cornell.

Sagemont Preparatory School is authorized under Federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students by issuing a 1-20 Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Students.  Please contact our Admissions Department at admissions@sagemont.com.

Homestay

We provide our international students with host families through Homestay Florida, Living with a local host family provides the support that students away from home need to be successful. Students become a part of another culture and their new family becomes an integral part of their life experiences. Our host families are diligently screened and carefully selected for each student.

Summer Program

Sagemont Preparatory School offers an array of English language classes and summer cultural exploration for international students through Camp Sagemont. Homestay for middle and high school aged campers coming without family may be arranged by Homestay Florida. Camp Sagemont has also teamed up with Mizner Place, a resort style hotel within walking distance to camp so that families can be together. Please allow us to assist you with a host family or with a reservation for Mizner Place or Weston Town Center Suites.
