Admissions

Inquire

Our Admissions Team understands choosing the right school for your child is an important decision. We welcome the opportunity to meet with you and your family in person to gain an understanding of your child’s needs and interests, and to share our school’s true experience. Please contact us to connect with our Director of Admissions, who can assist with any questions you may have and schedule your visit.

Our Lower School campus serves preschool through 5th grade and is located next to Weston Town Center. Our Upper School campus, just 4 miles away, serves 6th through 12th grade and is located on Glades Circle.

Visit

Visiting our campus is truly the best way for us to get to know your family and show you all that our school has to offer. You’ll meet with knowledgeable staff members who will be able to show you around the campus and address any questions you may have.

Apply

After your tour, we will email you a personalized link to your child’s application. Complete the application and submit with your $75 application fee.

Assess

Once we’ve received your application, we will work with you to schedule your child’s assessments. Our assessment fee is $75 and required for students in 1st through 12th grade.

We will also work with you to collect your child’s documentation:

  • PS-K: copy of birth certificate or passport and VPK state voucher, if applicable
  • 1st-8th: copy of birth certificate or passport and report card from previous year
    • 9th-12th: copy of birth certificate or passport; report card from previous two years; Teacher Recommendation Forms (one for math, one for language arts) and an Administrator Recommendation Form. We also recommend providing a brief resume or overview of the clubs, sports and activities your child participates in.

When these requirements are satisfied, we will send you an enrollment contract via DocuSign. To complete your registration, the enrollment contract must be electronically signed and returned within 48 hours.

*Please note that international applicants in grades 6-12 will need translated transcripts, as well as submit original transcripts for evaluation to build an official American transcript.

Sagemont School welcomes students throughout the school year, provided there is space available in the desired program, and the child is grade level ready. All students in kindergarten and above will be assessed to confirm readiness.
